Planning the scatter plot

• Draw a scatter plot.
  • Draw the axes.
    • Draw the x-axis.
      • Draw the line.
      • Draw the tick marks, allow for the receiving of a parameter for distance between ticks
      • Label the ticks according to the parameter.
      • Allow for a label of the axis.
    • Draw the y-axis.
      • Draw the line.
      • Draw the tick marks, accept a parameter for distance between ticks
      • Label the ticks according to the parameter.
      • Allow for a label of the axis.
  • Plot the points.
    • Accept a color and a list of x, y coordinates
    • set the pen size and color
    • Loop through and navigate to each coordinate
    • Draw a dot at each coordinate
    • reset to the origin after each dot is plotted
