cramsey 17475bc26b I added in all of the code functions nessescary to ...

code the scatter plot. This checkpoint was difficult to finish
but i managed to write maximum, bounds, and clamp almost fully
correctly by myself which I'm proud of. I mostly just expieremented
with typing what code I thought would make the function work to figure
as a strategy. It did feel like a different kind of thinking. Overall,
I think this went well for the most part.
