7.22.23 Completed file: circle_area.py

Checkpoint 1: circle_area.py

I don't recall the original file information because of the errors
submitting. I believe the coding was to add pi #, add code to get
circle area, and print circle_area. Once you input number for circle
radius, circle_area.py formulates the answer.
