# Planning the scatter plot

- Draw a scatter plot.
  - Draw the axes.
    - Draw the x-axis.
      - Draw the line.
      - Draw the tick marks, allow for the receiving of a parameter for distance between ticks
      - Label the ticks according to the parameter.
      - Allow for a label of the axis.
    - Draw the y-axis.
      - Draw the line.
      - Draw the tick marks, accept a parameter for distance between ticks
      - Label the ticks according to the parameter.
      - Allow for a label of the axis.
  - Plot the points.
    - Accept a color and a list of x, y coordinates
    - set the pen size and color
    - Loop through and navigate to each coordinate 
    - Draw a dot at each coordinate 
    - reset to the origin after each dot is plotted
